- 2. Shani Shingnapur, Maharashtra – Houses in this village are built without doors.
Imagine a village where homes have no front doors, shops are always left unlocked and locals never feel unsafe.
This is the story of Shani Shingnapur in India’s Maharashtra state, where villagers eschew security because of their undying faith in Lord Shani, the god of Saturn, who is considered the guardian of the village.
Legend has it that about 300 years ago, after a bout of rain and flooding, a heavy black slab of rock was found washed up on the shores of the Panasnala River, which once flowed through the village. When locals touched the 1.5m boulder with a stick, blood started oozing out of it.

- 3. Varanasi – One of the oldest inhabited cities. According to Hindu legend, Varanasi is more than 5,000 years old and is considered the oldest city in the world, though evidence of habitation only , according to the research . This more modest date indicates Varanasi is among many ancient cities to appear around the first millennium B.C., and it is still the oldest city in India and is considered the holiest city in the world to Hindus. Its location on the banks of the sacred Ganges River also contributes to its prestige as an important site of pilgrimage.

- 4. Tajmahal- Love Symbles
- The Taj Mahal . Crown of the Palace, is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indianity of Agra .It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658) to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal; it also houses the tomb of Shah Jahan himself. The tomb is the centrepiece of a17-hectare (42-acre) complex, which includes a mosque and a guest house, and is set in formal gardens bounded on three sides by a crenellated wall

- 5. The mighty Himalayas.
The Himalayas are a mountain range in south asia.
The west end is in Pakistan. They run through Jammu and Kashmir,Himachal Pradesh,Uttaranchal, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh states in India, Nepal, and Bhutan. The east end is in the south of Tibet. They are divided into 3 parts Himadri, Himachal and Shiwaliks.
